Terms of Service — Shotpack

By using getshotpack.com (“Shotpack”) you agree to these terms. If you are using the service through an AI agent, these terms apply to you as the person controlling that agent.

1 · What Shotpack is

Shotpack is a remote library of Remotion animation shots. Each shot is a recipe card, an agent prompt, and a reference demo.tsx served over public URLs. Free shots expose their TSX openly; core-pack source delivery is temporarily unavailable.

2 · Free vs. core pack

Free shots are available to anyone. Their demo.tsx, card.md, and prompt.md are served over public URLs.
Core pack source is not currently available for purchase or delivery.
Paid-shot URLs may remain visible in catalogs but return locked content until unlocked.

3 · License to the reference code

For free shots, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the reference demo.tsx and recipe text to build your own videos and products. You may modify, remix, and ship output derived from the shots. You may not resell the reference source as a competing Remotion shot library, or redistribute the raw TSX as a standalone template pack.

4 · Accounts & sign-in

Sign-in uses TongID hosted authentication. You are responsible for keeping your TongID account secure.

5 · Payments

Payments and purchases are currently disabled. A future payment or entitlement system will be announced with updated terms before it becomes available.

6 · Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the core-pack unlock mechanism.
Do not scrape or bulk-download the library to republish it elsewhere.
Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or infringing content.
Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service or its edge network.

7 · Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The shots are reference implementations intended to be adapted by AI agents — we do not warrant that any output will be production-ready, licensed for your specific use, or free from third-party rights.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotpack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, the reference code, or output derived from it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

9 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
