What we collect
- Account information — when you sign in, TongID processes the account information required to provide the hosted session. Shotpack does not keep a local user or order database.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and product events (such as language switches). This uses cookies and sends pseudonymous browsing data to Google under their privacy policy.
- Device & request logs — Cloudflare (our host) and our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operational purposes.
What we do not collect
- No browsing profiles sold to third parties.
- No content analysis of the shot demos you fetch.
- No payment card or purchase records — payments are currently disabled.
Why we use it
- Sign you in and keep your session working.
- Provide the hosted TongID sign-in session.
- Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the library.
- Detect abuse and keep the service reliable.
Cookies & local storage
shotpack.lang— your language preference (en / zh / ja). Used to restore the site language on your next visit.- Session cookies — set only when you are signed in, to keep the authentication session alive.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics 4 if it is enabled.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge networking. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- TongID — hosted sign-in and application-scoped session management.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage measurement. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.
How long we keep it
TongID manages account records under its own retention policy. Analytics data follows Google's retention schedule. You can ask us to delete personal data tied to Shotpack at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to analytics processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@getshotpack.com — we respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
